Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kamura Design. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 to 10 days. Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
High Volume Exceptions
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders—such as during holidays, new product drops, or promotional periods—processing and shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
All our shipments include tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kamura Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
Damages, Lost or Stolen Packages
Kamura Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service or carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have entered a correct and complete shipping address. Kamura Design will not be held responsible for packages that are misdirected or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout.
